OKCL's Channel Partner Network comprises of its Authorized Learning Centers (ALCs). These ALCs have been established by small and medium IT entrepreneurs and educational enterprises spread over all areas of the state of Odisha (Eastern India) including metropolitan, urban, semi-urban, rural, tribal and hilly regions.
OKCL has a special program: Channel Partner Network Management Program that enables various other programs and projects. The basic purpose of Channel Partner Network Management Program is to operate in coordination with our channel partners to execute various activities across the state of Odisha.
This has emerged as one of the single largest network of IT Training Centres in India. The co-ordination of this network is done through a fully web-based management framework viz. SOLAR designed and developed by MKCL. This framework enables almost paperless management of this huge network in a time-bound manner and on large geographical region amidst occasionally adverse conditions beset with power outages, telecom link failures, paucity of bandwidth etc.
