Educational Background and Professional Journey: She commenced her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Utkal University in 1998. Following her graduation, she pursued Company Secretaryship, earning her Fellowship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2001. Further enhancing her credentials, she obtained a Law degree from Utkal University, solidifying her proficiency in legal matters.

With over a decade of diverse experience, she has made significant contributions to various sectors. Prior to joining OKCL in 2013, she distinguished herself as an educator and trainer, imparting knowledge to commerce students and aspiring Company Secretaries. Her corporate journey began at ICICI Bank, followed by her association in MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts Limited, where she held the roles of Company Secretary and HR Head, also overseeing legal compliance and fostering organizational growth.

Leadership and Responsibilities:In her current capacity at OKCL, she assumes a multifaceted role. Her leadership extends beyond her designated responsibilities, as she emphasizes the importance of corporate ethics, employee satisfaction, and organizational discipline. Her meticulous approach ensures OKCL operates with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Additionally, adding another feather to her cap, she has created history by being elected as the 1st female Chairperson of the Bhubaneswar Chapter of the Eastern Region of Institute of Company Secretaries of India in a period of 43 years since inception of the Chapter office, thus breaking an iron ceiling, and demonstrating her commitment to leadership and professional development.
