Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (OKCL) has been at the forefront of transformative projects in Odisha, catering to diverse educational and skill development needs since past 12 years. Our Learning Recovery Programme (LRP) addressed the COVID-19-induced learning gap, successfully training a staggering 1,19,891 teachers and benefiting over 20,73,685 students. The Job Readiness Program for Youth (JRPY) empowered the state’s youth with essential 21st-century skills, including digital, communication, and freelancing abilities, setting them on a path toward employability and self-employability. The OCAC Training Centre focuses on enhancing IT and ITeS education, promoting interest, and ensuring learners’ satisfaction in emerging domains. Our ICT Smart Lab Project (eVidyalaya) brought technology to 4,000 government schools, revolutionizing the learning experience for students and equipping teachers to integrate technology effectively. Furthermore, the Smart Lab & Smart Classroom Project at Keonjhar District aligned with the 5T initiative, transforming government schools into technology-enhanced learning hubs.

Digital Literacy
The Gopabandhu Academy of Administration (GAA), located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, plays a pivotal role in training and development of government officials. GAA has long been a repository of knowledge and expertise, drawing from the senior-most levels of the Odisha Administrative Service, Finance Service, and Education Service.

Capacity Building
OKCL organized 3 days training programme for the District Resource Groups (DRGs) of all 30 Districts of Odisha at Gopabandhu Academy of Administration in Phase I & Phase II. The Programme was implemented to support the assigned task force in performing consistently towards the progress of transformation of High Schools in all Districts of the State under the 5-T Charter.
Teacher Training
OKCL organized an eight-day training programme for the teachers/ HMs of Mayurbhanj district at various assigned school locations under transformation of High Schools programme under 5T initiative in Mayurbhanj. The goal of the Programme was to develop the Digital skills among the high school teachers and headmasters of 5T transformed high schools of Mayurbhanj District.
Governance
A massive and unique initiative of Government of Odisha under its Panchayati Raj Department. GSSK was organized from 2nd October to 18th October 2012. OKCL provided the GSSK portal which facilitated lakhs of entries and data base from remotest Block Levels to Urban areas of the State. More than 1,00,00,000 data were uploaded in record time of 50 days.
Smart Infrastructure
The "Provision of Digital Learning Technology in the High Schools of Keonjhar District under DMF" project aims to transform 442 schools with Smart Labs and Smart Classrooms using advanced ICT tools. Led by DEO Keonjhar and implemented by OKCL, it enhances teaching, learning, and engagement through modern digital solutions.
