1. Pre-bid queries received have been replied to and response is mailed individually.
2. The last date for submission of proposals is hereby extended to 16th December 2024. Interested bidders may submit their proposal through Speed Post/Registered Post/Courier/Hand Delivery at OKCL Office by 5:00 PM of 16th December 2024.
3. The bids received shall be opened on 17th December 2024 at 11:00 AM at OKCL’s Registered Office, Bhubaneswar.
4. Point No. 5 – Eligibility Criteria for Content Development Organization (CDO) – The requirement of minimum 20 domain experts has been revised to minimum 10 domain experts.
5. Point No. 5 – Eligibility Criteria for Business Support Agency (BSA) – The requirement of minimum 20 domain experts is unchanged and shall remain the same.
