OKCL Launches NCR 2026 on Guru Divas – Featured Across Leading Media Houses
Bhubaneswar, 6th September 2025 – Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (OKCL) successfully launched NCR 2026 on the auspicious occasion of Guru Divas (Teachers’ Day), held on 5th September 2025 at Bhubaneswar. The event marked a significant milestone in OKCL’s journey to empower youth, entrepreneurs, and educators with digital learning and career-oriented opportunities.
NCR 2026: A Vision for Digital Empowerment
The NCR 2026 program aims to onboard 1,000 new centres this year, building on OKCL’s strong network of 770 partner centres across Odisha. These centres will act as Authorized Learning Centres (ALCs) and provide transformative opportunities in:
- Digital literacy & employability
- AI, OS-CIT, and OS-CIT ‘A+’ skill-based training
- Entrepreneurship and youth empowerment
