Facilitation & Support Associates – Technical (pre-entry level)

BBA / Graduate with a Diploma in Digital Marketing Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma Certification.

• 5+ years of experience.
• Candidate should know and have experience in the basic concepts of Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.
• Candidate should have knowledge and experience about all social media tools and marketing through them.
• Prominent work experience in IT hardware & software facilitation services, eLearning Research & Development, Network Partners Management.
• Basic Skills: Good leadership and presentation skills, good communication skills.

• Assist in project implementation and progress monitoring.
• Continuous reporting of work updates with delivery timeline progression.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate among team members for projects and work updates. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and members.
• Candidate should be innovative and possess Creative Thinking skills, Divergent thinking, and good Negotiation Skills.

The selection process for the eligible shortlisted candidates shall be as follows:

• Candidates must have a good stable internet connection with a desktop/laptop computer with Webcam and microphone.
• Candidates must be alone in a quiet environment for the duration of the exam. Conversation with anyone else is not permitted.
• Use of any reference materials, resources, other mobile/tablet, earphones-headphones, other computer screens, and/or other software is not permitted.

1. IT Skills: Advance Level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.
2. Excellent command over MS Excel.
3. Prominent with use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools for office productivity.
4. Ability to present concepts through impressive PowerPoint presentations.
5. Complete command over MS Outlook and email etiquette.
6. Ability to do research using the internet for various tasks.
7. Ability to create Video Presentations with Voice-over.
8. Ability to use MS Project for project planning.
9. Ability to use MS Visio for designing process flows.
10. Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools such as Google Data Studio.
11. Ability to learn new software used internally (Adaptability).
12. Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 standards.
