Selection Process and Test Details for All Positions

The selection process for the eligible shortlisted candidates shall be as follows:

i. Online Test
ii. Final Interview (Technical Hands-on Test will be conducted immediately before the final interview for Project Trainee - Software Development)

Stage 1

Online Test

Mock Test: Thursday, 9th April, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Final Exam: Friday, 10th April, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

Results: Thursday, 16th April, 2026 | 5:00 PM

Maximum Marks: 100

Total Questions: 100

Duration: 60 Minutes

Marks per Question: 1

Negative Marking: None

Candidates need to take an online selection test from their home through OKCL's Online Exam Framework.
For the online test, candidates must have a good stable internet connection with a desktop/laptop computer with Webcam and microphone.
Candidates must be alone in a quiet environment for the duration of the exam. Conversation with anyone else is not permitted during the exam.
Use of any reference materials, resources, other mobile/tablet, earphones-headphones, other computer screens, and/or other software is not permitted during the exam.
Multiple options will be given to each question. Each Question will carry 1 Mark.

Part I: Tools

Candidate must have IT Skills: Advance Level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.
Candidate should have excellent command over MS Excel.
Candidate should be prominent with use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools for office productivity.
Candidate should be able to present the concept through an impressive PowerPoint presentation.
Candidate should have complete command over MS Outlook and should have email etiquette.
Candidate should have the ability to do research using the internet for various tasks.
Candidate should be able to create Video Presentation with Voice over.
Candidate should be able to use MS Project for project planning.
Candidate should be able to use MS Visio for designing process flows.
Candidate should know Business Intelligence Tools such as Google Data Studio.
Candidate should have the ability to learn new software, which can be used internally (Adaptability).
Candidate should have knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000.

Stage 2

Final Interview

Final Interview (there will be a Technical Hands-on Test based on Part I of Stage 1 conducted immediately before the final interview) will be conducted on 23rd/ 24th April, 2026 at OKCL's Registered Office.
